If you’d like to return your order for an exchange or refund, it must be sent back to the address below within 14 days of you receiving the goods. We recommend sending your items back using a tracked service as we are not liable for any lost items.

WHAT TO DO TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO US

  • Contact us via email on hello@natural-ambition.co.uk clearly stating your order number, the details of the item you are returning and the reason for return. We will then confirm the return address.
  • Please package the item securely and include your order number, name and address.
  • Please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office. We may not be able to process your refund or replacement if your item is lost in transit unless you have a proof of postage.
  • If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process the refund back to the original credit/debit card/paypal account used to purchase the item.
  • Please clearly state if you’d like an exchange or refund. All refunds are issued within 7 days of returns being accepted.
  • If you require an exchange, please make sure you include the full product name you wish to exchange your order for. We can only exchange items to the same monetary value the item returned. We will send your replacement item to the default delivery address on your account, if you want the replacement sent to a different delivery address please make sure this is clearly marked on your returns note.

Please note

We cannot accept any returns which have been opened due to Health & Safety reasons. We can only accept returns that are in their original condition, & all goods are inspected on return. Please ensure you package the goods correctly so the product is not damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange.

Taste

Taste is subjective to each individual and therefore we will not be able to exchange or refund any items due to taste.

WHAT WE’LL DO NEXT

All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department. If you are entitled to a refund, then we will refund the price of your item (excluding the cost of delivery).

Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt.

We will refund the original credit/debit card used to purchase the item.

I have received a damaged item, what shall I do?

If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting us at hello@natural-ambition.co.uk.

In some circumstances we may require an image of the damaged item in order for us to send a replacement or refund. Please do not dispose of the item before you are advised to do so by Customer Services.

I have received an incorrect item, what shall I do?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let Customer Services know as soon as you can. Please provide Customer Services with the full description and the barcode of the incorrect item you have received.

I have an item missing from my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received a short delivery, please contact hello@natural-ambition.co.uk as soon as you can.

We may require an image of the packing you received your order in to help with our investigation.

Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 48 hours. 

COST OF RETURNING ITEMS

Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where:

  • we sent you the wrong item, or
  • the item is damaged or faulty; or
  • where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep.

We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after we have examined the returned product/s.
